In some post our mr ADMIN said that as being a moderator we have to behave in a mature manner...ok i agree with him...but when a junior memeber is misbehaving then what?...should we just listen all the stupid things they say...calling someone batmeez khota etc etc is fine...but i dont think calling someone illitrate is a joke...until n unless we r friends with that person...so its not just US(moderators) who has to be careful...everybody should be careful so that there wont be any fight on this site.

We appreciate your concern and stand. And hope that all moderators will increase their tolerance levels.
Try saying me anything like that ! I am myself totally illiterate, jaleel, kamina, badtameez, kanjar, pagal, bevkoof and what not! Above all, dear freinds I am kamla too It is also common knowledge about how nalek I am!

Anyways, I am sorry if dear SSK A ni felt offended... I apologise for that...

I also ask the new members to be more responsible... Moreover, I do think that since this post is addressed to me / fellow admins / moderators... so it should be in the appropriate section (Maddy Zone). It is no point in putting it into announcements section

anyway.. jokes apart.. this is what I think on this topic.. To be a moderator is to be in a seat of responsibility. You accept that responsibility when you accept to be a moderator. Moderators are meant to moderate any offensive content on the site to make sure it is run smoothly.. but it also mean that the offensive material does not personally offend you. Moderators can not police the site from these offensive material if they get offended by such material themselves. It is our responsibility to remove any such material and inform the users posting such content about the rules they need to follow. You can not expect a new user of this site to know all the rules from day one.

My only word of advice for fellow-moderators is that they need to practice a bit more tolerance with offensive content..!

well i wud suggest tht there shud b a thread at the top of every forum about the rules

i have seen it at many other places and it works gud

hope admin will take my suggestion into consideration
