Euthanasia (Greek, "good death") is the practice of killing a person , in a painless way,to end their suffering.


Well I thought for a change maybe we could discuss something that requires more personal opinion than scientific fact.

Human life is valuable and once you take it away, it can never return. Hence I think murder and suicide are wrong.

There are people who are suffering excrutiating pain and death would seem like a better solution and depending on their condition, they may need help to accomplish the act.


So i wanna knw ur views ,"Shd Euthanasia be legalised or nt??".

hmm........ Euthanasia...was developed to give relief from pain to those who were suffering too much and their was no chance of them recovering back. We can say life was very very miserable for them and death was the good option. SO i don't see any harm if it is done with the consent of the person, his relatives.

I am not talking regarding suicide or ending up life just due to your own will. It is good only if doctors suggest that too after all the possible things in this world.

well sometimes i now ppl are feelin very low.. to many probs r dere ..dey think of suicide nd stuff .. dats a crime for suree... coz one gt ups nd downs in life... ajj haase ne kal nu rone v ho sakdee... te dis goes on side by side.. nd dis is called lifee..

see i completely agree tht human life is a precious gift n once taken back can not be retrieved.

But the point is that giving sumbdy relief is a good work n thts wat the aim of "Euthanasia" so dfntly it should be legalised

We as humans do not have any right to end the life of a person, whatever the circumstances might be. Life is precious, and I believe strongly that even a brain dead person who cannot think can feel his or her surroundings. There can be ways to improve the quality of life of that person .Who decides when a life no longer has value? Doctors? Patients? Spouses? Parents? Insurance companies? What if there are differences of opinion???....

I agree that life is very precious to us, however if it can put a suffering person out of their misery then it should be allowed...
if the person has a serious illness n is going to die painfully, then it's best to stop them from going through it, n let them leave with their freinds n family around them....happily
