I agree ,You did exceptionally well as moderator and no one ever had any complaint against you, in my opinion you should be a moderator.

To be a moderator, please follow the process given in the post which invites applications. Preference is being given to those who have been moderating the forum earlier, and eligibility criteria are relaxed for them since they have experience. Also, while re-applying for moderatorship, earlier moderators are requested to post any instances where they have moderated the forum in recent times.

Please let me know in case you face any difficulties.

As a moderator, you need to be a role model for the forum and have to be cautious that you don't break any rules and show responsible behaviour.

You are requested to soft delete and posts which you consider offending / abusive etc which don't conform to LC's policies and tolerance levels. Forward the urls of all such posts closed or deleted to the Admin through PM on the forum itself.

Please refrain everyone from posting off-topic content like 1-2-1 chats in topic threads. Tell people regarding this - that we have Chat Corner, Party and other stretchstrings threads for such discussions.

In addition, you are also required to move threads to appropriate sections.

Moderators cannot conflict with fellow staffers. In case of difference of opinion, let the administration know about it. Under no circumstances can moderators control fellow moderators / delete their posts, etc. Report all such moderator abuse to the Administration.
