As we all have observed repeated threads,,,,n then those threads being closed,,,its surely discouragement,,,,but i aint saying tht closing those threads is wrong,,,,,but I have a sugestion tht instead of closing the thread,,,,we can always emerge the thread to the exiting similiar thread.

Wht u frds say??????
(I mainly need an opinion of Admin ji )

nikki i totaly agree wid u on dis. like im new hr..dunno wat all things have already been discussed abt. nw i created a thread crush but it was closed coz dis topic has already been talked upon..but i didnt knw dat..n i wanted to reply to admin's reply whr he said dat oda muh te daadi piche lukeya renda.....but cudnot do so..well i hope nikki u wudnt mind if i snd him a rply thru dis thread...well admin g all i want to say is pagaa wale munde bade sone te sunakhe hunde aa. 22 pu de sardies te dekhan wale ne...menu ta baut pasand ne.....eh te bus depend karda kedi luk kinu suit kardi aa....

Well then why dont change all the rules then........i mean this is just bogus that one time u can take that step n other time its a prob. if everything is changing slowely then change all the rules for admin staff aswell.....neways i dont care but w/e decision u ppl will take plzz let us knw to so that we can follow it and then again if u decide to change it then also let us knw coz we dont wanna against ya.

i m not pissed...its just if one mod does something then its ok but if some other mod does it then its just againt everything.....all i m saying is if they wanna change the rules then change it permanently n let everyone else knw too.

oyee,,,it was just a suggestion and if u hv closed tht thread,,,,no other mod. will open it(jess opened the thread just temporarily,just for one post),,,we aint going against u,,,,,,dont worry...we will emerge the repeated thread to the existing old one,,,,and tht too only if adminji will be agree to it,,,,,else,,,everything will remain same,,,,,n plz don't consider it against u,,,,,I didn't direct it towards any particular person/mod,,,,,being a mod. i knw how to repect others decisions,,,,so not opposing u or ur decision,,,,just suggesting a mid way,,,,hope u will get me.
