Here is the solution:- From your browser, open Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab à drag the slider to LOW The chat applet requires java to be installed in your computer. if you don’t have java installed. Go to [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here to Register, Or Login in the login box above.] and click “Get It Now” Button. After that installation is automated.
