Is it necessary that guys should always propose for friendship?

The answer to this question is NO. But everything that is in theory can't be possible practically. Especially in North India, gals have developed a psyche that no matter what happens(even if they adore someone or be friends with someone) they will never want to go and talk to the person. They will always want that the opposite sex should come to them and ask for friendship. Probably they consider it to be a taboo to go and propose a boy for friendship.

Another thing that comes to my mind is the sex ratio. In cities, there is a significant amount of difference between the no. of girls to no. of boys.

Frankly speaking, I liked this question. Just now a question has popped in my mind?
Will you ask me for friendship? and set an example. or u too consider it as a taboo???????

It's not necessary but thats what normally happens.. and for some reason if girls ask for friendship first its taken in another way mostly by guys .. And o BTW I had no clue that you call asking for friendship proposing .. and also you normally don't need to ask for frndship kinda developes with time.. and when guys normally stress on the fact .. so are we frndz now.. it always gives me another hint

So Basically it does not really matter who asks for friendship.. but still I don't think you need to ask for frndship.. asking for frndship always gives another hints

I'll like to make one thing clear regarding the proposal thing....
Proposal can be for marriage, friendship. I think you have misinterpreted my statement.
Rest I agree to your view.
I feel that to talk to someone you need a ground to talk. So people first try to prepare the friendship ground and then continue.

The whole discussion is being deviated from the normal path. Asking (proposing) for friendship and then accepting it does not mean that you start loving the person. You make a friend when you feel that he/she share the same views and is sailing in the same boat.

Gals will be able to ask for friendship the day we realize that if a girl asks for friendship, it does not mean that you are in love with that person.

i am not deviating the disscussion 4rm the path.love is comprehensive including the parents,frnds & strangers.its a warm & happy & gives u a glimpe of hope ven everything goes wrong.i think ur taking the wrong meaning of my quote.
