Make Your HotMail Inbox 250 MB

Yes dear this is Possible… just follow the instructions bellow carefully & go through each step. This is working. My hotmail id is now showing 2% of @% MB storage.

To protect all your current Mails don’t forget to follow the instructions of Step 3rd ==>


a) Before updating the Personal Profile in Options just take the snap shot of current/original settings using print screen & save it for future reference, as if any day you forget your password in future, hotmail may want u to enter the original profile details.

b) Also after changing the personal profile, again take the print screen of new personal settings , so in future if hotmail ask you to provide the personal details then you can provide it.

This method makes your inbox 25 mb at the first step and in a month or so, it's supposed to become 250 mb. So here's the step-by-step procedure for the - well, not anymore - unlucky non-US hotmail users:


1st.==> Sign in to your hotmail account and change your personal profile in the Options (Its in top right corner once u sign in...) as following:

country : australia
city : victoria
postal code : 41000

(choose another zip code if you want. - http://www.downloadzipcode.com/) needless to say, you need to enter the zip code that belongs to the state you've chosen.

2nd.==> Then get to the Language options and make it English if it's not.


3rd.==> If you don't want to lose your Inbox, click Put in folder. From the menu, choose New Folder. Create your new folder and go back to your Inbox. Select the emails that you do not lose and click Put in folder once more. Choose the folder you have just created and the emails you have chosen will be moved to that folder. You can move them to your Inbox again later by the same method.


4th.==> Before signing out, paste the link below into the address bar and click "Close my account". Thus your account will be deactivated.

5st.==> Now visit the address http://www.hotmail.com again. Enter your username and password. The activation page will load. Activate your mail account


6st.==> You're done ! Now your mail account capacity has grown to 25 MB and in a month or so it will be 250 MB. Enjoy your "enlarged" hotmail account!

does it really work???? and account close karan ton baad wil;l we b able to login using the same ID????? howcome after closing the account... hotmail gives us the same account again wid the old mails still in the new folder we created???

I have tried it on myself. It worked fine for me. I Moved all my inbox messages to a new folder and they are still safe after i got 250 MB account.
And I have tried and it went successfull for me, I hope itz not gonna be risky for anyone.

nd secondly i camer to kno bout this method a long time ago but a lot of accounts are also banned if those hotmail ppl cum to kno bout it ........

It is only meant for those ppl whoz account size has not been increased and they use hotmail regularly.

Only account of Americans, Canadian and Australians were increased not of sub-continent ppls.

so it might be helpful for them.
