Here is a message to all LCians with a request...
1. We welcome all members here with open arms and at the same time we are never happy when members leave.
2. We have limitations and boundaries... within which we have to stay. The portal is accessed by people from all strata, societies, geographia, sects and races; and as such we generally discourage thoughts which are targetted. We ourselves treat everyone here at par no matter who he or she is.
3. While we do all this, we fail to keep everyone happy - since everyone has a different line of thought, and everyone is true in their own way. Sometimes, we personally may be liking a particular discussion, but professionally we have to close it. So, we request dear members to support us in this endeavour of ours and enrich the LC community with love, faith and brotherhood.
4. Lastly, I am afraid, professionally may sound a bit rude and dry here, but - dear members... it is a worldly fact that there is replacement for everything, nothing is indispensable. If LC weren't here you'd have been elsewhere right now... Had I been not here, someone else might have been the Admin here...
So, while we appreciate our members' contributions to the fora, they should not expect that they can impose their thoughts on others.
The management doesn't want any such discussions. All such threads will be deleted without notice or warning.
Some members keep threatening me, " I will see you when you meet me in person!", whenever I delete some content... It pains when I discuss all this here  Some of our esteemed members keep on making others realize how much they have contributed to LC - No, friend; this is not the case, we all constitute LC and everybody does his or her bit... Do all of us just keep saying: "see I have contributed this, please appreciate and reward me"... ???
As you might be aware, over the last 5 - 6 years or so, LC didn't have a reveneue model, one single person had been supporting it from his savings, did he ever ask you for appreciation? NO. Still we appreciate, love and respect him... Also, when launched, LC was being contributed by several people: we have had Counselling experts, Docs, and many others on our panel when we launched LC, all of these professionals offered free services, voluntarily... did they ask for some appreciation? NO... Why? Cause they know they are already being appreciated by their work and their work is more improtant than being appreciated.
