She is an avid writer. She had written numberous poems which have been published. Here is one of them.
Thoughts for the day
Will I smile
If smiles I seek
Will I be a friend
When friendship I seek
Will I enjoy nature
Instead of frowning on a cloudy day
Will I not seek an easier life
But instead find strength if any problems
Come my way
Will I understand
Knowing by doing, it will come
As it is given
Will I have patience
As patience will be needed if I
Pursue a stubborn way
Will I be thoughtful and considerate
When I need that each day
Knowing it will be returned in so many ways
Will I enjoy the small things in life
Instead of looking for a mountain of joy
Little things add up
Will I bring laughter
When laughter I need within
Will I find goodness
Instead of fault
Will I give love
Knowing only that way
Will I receive love
Will I pay
So god is with me each day
