my mobile no is 9770060806  and my number is unwantedly registered with all the services like mobile missed call alerts, caller tunes, dailer tunes, etc without my knowledge and accordingly my account is debited with rs. 51/-  first and later i complained it through customer service point and with  complaint no  1953638706  on date  28.08.2010  and again on  30.08.2010 with 135500802 and after several attempts i am unable to return back my amount.  They told me that i applied it through sms but i never applied to any service through sms.  Yesterday ie  06.09.2010 again my account is debited with rs. 18/- and now my account remains with only 0.38 paise balance. Nobody listens my complaint , please help.

i had a policy in below details 



company : BAJAJ ALLIANCE   ( CONS)

policy holder : SAKSHI   (SUFFERER)

POLICY NAME : NEWUNIT GAIN

TENURE ; 3 years

POLICY NO. : 41608685



at the time of taking the salary my wife sakshi use to get 3000/pm as salary...we wanted it to be saved....we were told that we can invest in this policy and we will get as per market NAV of our invested policy.....



WE could not deposit the 3rd year prmium and wanted to get the money as per current NAV back. now when we called we are told



1 ONLY 23% of our 1st yr is invested in market portfolio---SO here goes my 67% of 20000 1st year.



2. 93% in second year



and  i will get only 16000+ 20000 even if i pay my 3rd year premium now (after paying 60000)

and waiting for 3 years......



WHO HAS GIVEN THESE FRAUD COMPANY RIGHTS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AT LESS THAN TODAYS NAV WHEN I INVESTED IN THEM >>>>I DONT ALLOW IT TO CLOSE DOWN ..they say it was closed and your nav will be at a back date......at the time of selling it was told tht if we fail to pay any installment we will get MONEY AS PER NAV and only insurance cover will be gone 



I FEEL CHEATED BUT PLS PLS HELP THE OTHER ELDERLY,MAY BE YOUR OWN FAMILS PARENTS , TO FALL AS PREY TO THESE CANNIBALS. WHO WISH TO RETIRE WITH DIGNITY AND WILL WAKE UP TO HORROR OF THESE CHEATS WORD JUGGLERY. THEY HURT WHERE IT HURT MOST AND CAN ACTUALLY MAKE YOU HELPLESS.

This is to bring to your kind notice that some fraudulent money transfer of amount 
Rs. 1, 14,000/- has been done from my ICICI saving bank account No. 002201003495 by some one through internet banking on 30.08.2010. I have lodged a complaint to bank and cyber police station , Navi Mumbai. From 29/08/2010 my mobile no. 9930117259  service provider Vodafone Essar Ltd. is  out of service till date. After enquiry with vodfone store, Kharghar I came to know that my prepaid mobile no. has been changed to Post-paid and new SIM card issued to some one who has submitted some fake driving licence with my name and address with changed employer name to vodafone store, Dombivli, Thane, Maharastra. Subsequently new SIM card was activated with same mobile which I was having and deactivated my SIM card without  proper verification .  The fraudulent person has used that new post- paid SIM card to get the computer generated code received  in his handset for transfering money through internet banking from my account. 
Since my original pre-paid SIM was deactivated by service provider Vodafone without verifying with me  I could not get SMS as well as mobile alert resulting a loss of Rs. 1,14,000/- 
I have a written a complaint to Vodafone store, Kharghar after gettimg this information from them and asked them to inviestigate the matter and restore my mobile no. I have also send e-mail to their nodal office. Instead of resolving my complaint of issuing SIM card without verification they have courier a letter dt. 03.09.2010  along with new SIM card. Vodafone has stated in this letter that my phone was suspended for the reason under  Lost Phone  as per verbal request received which is not true as the old  prepaid SIM card along with hand set is with me. As I understand that no service provider issue new SIM card without valid police FIR.
My repeated reminder/visit to Vodafone store ,Kharghar has not provided fruitfull result. So I therefore request you to look into this matter and get the justice .

			<description><![CDATA[My mother has joined for Bajaj Allianz so called Life Assured scheme and put my brother as nominee who is mentally retarded. After paying 2 years regular premium my mother had passed away. We obtained the Death Certificate and submitted our claim. 

Now they rejected the claim saying prior to join the policy my mother was taking some medicines which were not disclosed. The reality is different. My mother is illiterate to read this company's lengthy forms and she only signed the forms wherever the stupid agents asked for. These cunning company agents filled the form and even this company asked my mother to go for some of their corrupted Doctors for medical tests and she passed all ??? and then she joined the policy. Now the company says she didn't disclose her diseases. My doubt then what tests this company doctor did.????!!!!!!!!!! :confused:

This company has to understand one thing that they are cheating the uneducated people of INDIA while sending crooked agents to these common people and even taking medical tests by their corrupted Doctors. House wives or Layman don't understand their hidden conditions what they printed in foreign language and never explain the details to the insured in their own language. Always these company agents and their supervisors to Managers convince the layman people that medical reports are acceptable and only remit the premium amounts so that they get good amount as COMMISSION. When a claim arises all the company employees either agents or supervisors or managers just advise contact some unknown people at their head quarters and they are ready for rejecting the claims from a LAYMAN at very first instance.

Now I would like to ask the company representative, what the next step to do by the nominee and their dependents once your CRC reject the claim. What about the money paid by the insured as premium amounts to your company. What action you are going to take against your agents and doctors to stop cheating common people of INDIA. You have to understand never these agents disclose the hidden conditions mentioned in your forms to the people. When they canvas they say your company is the BEST among in country and always HELPS the layman. But regret to inform the reality is SORE.]]></description>

			<description>I have purchased n-97mini in 14 May 2010.  In Aug, just three months after purchase, phone got dead and I have contacted NOKIA Care Dilshad Garden for the same.  They have taken the phone and asked me to contact after a week to know the status.  

In the mean time I have sent many mails to NOKIA for replacement of the phone as it was giving problems in just three months.  Nokia has refused to replace and repaired the phone without informing me the fault and handed over the phone after 10 days as phone is required to be sent ot NOKIA HO. 

On the date of receiving the phonce, the screen guard of the phone was damaged.  Again I have sent around 10 mails to replace the screen guard.  NOKIA asked me to contact NOKIA care as it is a post service problem.  I Have informed that the same has been notified to NOKIA care and on the jobsheet while taking delivery. NOKIA CARE shown his inability to replace screen guard as it was damaged at NOKIA HO.   on Sudnay 04 Sep, NOKIA sent me a mail that within 48 hrs NOKIA executive will contact me who has not contacted me till date.

On Aug 21st, drain-off valve did not open & soapwater remained collected in the machine for 3 full days before the technician (from 'Delight Service', Sanpada, Navi Mumbai) finally came to check. He removed & checked the digital board then replaced it & went off saying that digital board has malfunctioned & will need to be replaced. There was no sign of the technician for another couple of days, despite our several calls & pleas. icici banks debit my account with 12520.00 as insurence charges but didnot
givin us policy cover. on demanding policy cover they issued policy on 26/8/2010
with 15 days look period  from five years back date.

This is injustice done to me and severe harassment on the part of your bank, I am deeply shaken as for the trust entrusted in your bank.

This is a breach of trust and I am very much unhappy about this.  

The case is hereby chronologically put up for your ready referral.

1)	On 12th November, 2006 I have informed your bank for cancellation of Lombard Insurance policy.

2)	On 13th November, 2006, I have received your official letter of endorsement for short period cancellation of Lombard Insurance Policy.

3)	The credit card is deactivated w.e.f.  25th November, 2006.

4)	On 27th December, 2006, my letter/ response to your letter no. 112906/17841C dated 15th December, 2006.

Surprisingly even after four years, I have to communicate to you that it is pure harassment and mental torture for a common man like me who is a salaried person.  Yours being a huge institution, I do not think that such cheating and breach of trust should have occurred which is very much uncalled for and unprofessional on your part.

If this is the case for black mailing and a forceful extortion I shall be forced to go to your highest authority , or need be, to the consumer court and to the print and T.V. media if deemed necessary.

Due to this Lien marked on my saving bank account I shall not be able to pay the housing loan taken from you which is Rs. 1836/- per month due on 10th September, 2010 taken from ICICI Bank (Home loans) this Loan amounts has been paid by me very regularly for last several years.  Please guide me on this aspects as to how to pay this ECS amount payable to your bank every month.

I am an account holder of HDFC bank (a/c no.58611400006528), i submitted  a cheque (no.282256) on 4 th septemper for my payment obligation towards indiabullsecurities(a/c no.00030130000080), this one is also an hdfc account, sir till date the bank hasnt tranfered that amount and the company is charging interest on me and pressurising me for settling the amount or face position square off, for sorting out this issue i the called the customer care cell of HDFC bank more than 10 times to date but they are not replying promptly or trying to sort out this mattter, on top of this they turned a blind eye on my complaint.i appleing you to get in to this problem and get me justice without delay.<br />
